IAANZ strives to achieve the greatest possible first-time pass rate for all students. Because of the Academy’s frequent admissions, class numbers are small, and an in-house mentorship programme provides one-on-one support to all students. The Academy’s course numbers are small enough to give personalised attention while still being large enough to meet industry demands. The Academy students are IAANZ customers, and the customer always comes first.
